Water Resources Project Manager

A Typical Day May Include:

• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, staffing, and delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams.
• Build client relationships and grow VS's water resources portfolio.
• Lead pursuits and assist with project funding opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, change orders, contracts, and client communications.
• Develop, review, and provide quality control for water resources designs.
• Prepare reports and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with clients, teams, and regulatory agencies to deliver successful projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related ABET-accredited engineering program.
• Indiana PE registration or ability to obtain.
• 7+ years of water resources design experience.
• 3+ years of project management and team leadership experience.
• Exceptional leadership and strong technical design skills.
• Experience with public-sector projects for state, county, and municipal clients.
• Experience with water/wastewater, stormwater, drainage, watershed, CSO, and/or municipal program management.
• Strong communication, client relationship, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Technical Skills: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS/GIS, water resources modeling software, StormCAD, CDSS, Microsoft Office, and Adobe.
