A Typical Day May Include:
- Manage project scope, budget, schedule, staffing, and delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams.
- Build client relationships and grow VS's water resources portfolio.
- Lead pursuits and assist with project funding opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, change orders, contracts, and client communications.
- Develop, review, and provide quality control for water resources designs.
- Prepare reports and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with clients, teams, and regulatory agencies to deliver successful projects.

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related ABET-accredited engineering program.
- Indiana PE registration or ability to obtain.
- 7+ years of water resources design experience.
- 3+ years of project management and team leadership experience.
- Exceptional leadership and strong technical design skills.
- Experience with public-sector projects for state, county, and municipal clients.
- Experience with water/wastewater, stormwater, drainage, watershed, CSO, and/or municipal program management.
- Strong communication, client relationship, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Technical Skills: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS/GIS, water resources modeling software, StormCAD, CDSS, Microsoft Office, and Adobe.
