Watersports Assistant Instructor
As a Watersports Assistant Instructor at Villa Haven, you will assist in conducting and supervising a range of watersports activities, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests. This role requires a passion for watersports, a willingness to learn, and the ability to provide excellent service.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in watersports activities is required.
- Strong interest in watersports and outdoor activities.
- Willingness to learn and assist in various watersports disciplines.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and emergency procedures related to watersports.
- Certifications:
- Assistant Instructor Course (VDWS)
- Certificate-3 in Aquatic Recreation Program (Villa College)
- Boat Captain License
- Basic Emergency First Response License
- Basic Surf Rescue (SLSA)
- Basic Windsurfing License (VDWS/RYA)
- Basic Sailing License (VDWS/RYA)
- General Certificate of Education (A Level) or Diploma in Business Management or Marine Biology.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous activities.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
