Requirements:

• Relevant kitchen working experience
• Experience preparing Sichuan and/or Hunan cuisine
• Experience with Sichuan-style braised finger food (川味卤味) is preferred
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Responsible, hygienic and a good team player
