In-Home Caregiver – Greater San Diego Area
$18 –$23/hour | Flexible Scheduling | Paid Training & Orientation

What You'll Do
You'll provide hands-on, non-medical support that helps clients with Dementia, Alzheimer's, ALS, and Parkinson's disease live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Day to day, that looks like:
● Assisting with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
● Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe redirection for memory care clients
● Meal preparation and feeding assistance
● Light housekeeping, errands, grocery runs, and prescription pick-ups
● Transportation to appointments and outings
● Transportation to appointments and outings
● Monitoring client wellbeing and communicating changes to the care team
● Most importantly — being a consistent, calming presence clients and families can count on

What We're Looking For
● Prior caregiving experience, especially with neurodegenerative or memory care clients
● Patience, reliability, and genuine compassion
● Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
● Ability to follow and adapt to individualized care plans
● Ability to follow and adapt to individualized care plans
● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
● Ability to pass a background check and provide a current TB test
Bonus points if you have:
● Experience with safe transfer techniques
● Familiarity with memory care best practices
● Strong observational and problem-solving skills
