Cloud Raptor is looking for a skilled Collaboration Engineer to manage and enhance enterprise collaboration platforms that power productivity across global teams. If you have strong expertise in Google Workspace, Slack, Miro, Figma, and SaaS collaboration tools, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of collaboration applications including onboarding, support, and decommissioning.
• Administer and maintain Google Workspace, Slack, Miro, Figma, and other collaboration platforms.
• Configure and support Slack workspaces, user provisioning, permissions, policies, channels, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot collaboration, messaging, workflow, and application integration issues.
• Monitor platform performance, service health, and user adoption.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless collaboration experiences.
• Maintain documentation, standards, and operational processes.
• Support automation initiatives and rollout of new collaboration capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education: Bachelor's Degree.
