WE'RE HIRING – EXPERIENCED CNC LATHE PROGRAMMER / SETTER / OPERATOR

Ballynahinch, Northern Ireland

£32,000–£38,000 per annum, depending on experience

Full-time | Permanent | Day Shift Only

We are recruiting an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer / Setter / Operator for an established precision engineering company based in Ballynahinch, Northern Ireland.

We are particularly interested in hearing from UK-based or Filipino candidates with an excellent standard of spoken English.

The ideal candidate will have:

• * Ideally 10+ years' CNC machining experience
• * Proven experience programming, setting and operating CNC lathes
• * Strong experience using Fanuc controls
• * Ability to work independently from engineering drawings through to a fully finished component
• * Experience with small-batch, high-mix precision engineering work
• * Excellent spoken English
• * Ideally, some pipe welding experience

Additional experience in the following would be beneficial, although training can be provided:

• * CNC milling
• * Manual machining
• * CAD/CAM
• * Machining large castings and forgings
• * Cutting and machining steel and stainless steel

Working Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am–2:00pm
• No night shifts and no weekend work
