We’re Hiring! – L2 Production Support (Python and Shell Scripting experiences)

Provide Level 2 production support and maintenance for business applications and batch jobs, ensuring operational stability and SLA compliance in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 production support for business applications and batch jobs to ensure operational continuity
• Monitor applications and troubleshoot incidents promptly to maintain SLA compliance
• Support and maintain Java/J2EE applications running in Linux/Unix environments
• Develop and maintain Python and Shell scripts to automate operational tasks and improve efficiency
• Execute SQL queries and analyze logs to identify and resolve application issues
• Support application deployments, job scheduling, and system monitoring activities
• Collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues effectively

• Minimum 2 years of experience in application support or development
• Hands-on experience with Python, Shell scripting, SQL, and Linux/Unix environments
• Basic knowledge of Java/J2EE applications
• Familiarity with web applications, batch jobs, JBOSS, MariaDB, and SQL
• Knowledge of job scheduling, MQ setup, and CI/CD setup is a plus
• Exposure to the banking industry is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work well in a team environment
