🔍 Position: Quality Engineer

Industry: Semiconductor | Machine Vision | Automation

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Drive quality assurance activities across machine vision and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
✅ Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone), and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
✅ Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and R&D teams to ensure product quality and process improvements.
✅ Monitor quality metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Conduct inspections, audits, and quality documentation in compliance with ISO standards.
✅ Support customer quality requirements and resolve customer quality concerns.
✅ Ensure products meet stringent semiconductor industry standards.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
✔ Experience in Quality Engineering within the Semiconductor, Machine Vision, Precision Engineering, Automation, or Electronics Manufacturing industries.
✔ Familiarity with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, MSA, 5 Why, Fishbone, and CAPA.
✔ Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
