Wealth / Business Development Manager

Salary: Minimum of ₦1,000,000 net/month

Requirements
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 7–10 years' experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Asset Management.
• CFA, CIS, or MBA is an added advantage.
• Strong business development, relationship management, and investment advisory skills.
• Sound knowledge of SEC, KYC, and AML compliance.

Responsibilities
• Drive AUM growth through client acquisition, retention, and advisory.
• Assess client risk profiles and recommend suitable investment solutions.
• Maintain long-term client relationships through regular portfolio reviews.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
