About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Wealth Management Analyst to support portfolio analysis, investment reporting, risk monitoring, and advisor support through the use of Aladdin, BlackRock’s investment management and risk platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with investment data, financial technology, and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate insights that support sound investment decision-making.
In this position, you will work closely with portfolio managers, wealth advisors, operations, compliance, and technology partners to help monitor portfolios, validate data, prepare reporting, and identify opportunities to improve investment processes.
What You’ll Do
  • Monitor and analyze investment portfolios, asset allocation, performance, exposures, and risk using Aladdin and related reporting tools.
  • Prepare portfolio, investment, and management reports for internal stakeholders and client-facing materials.
  • Review portfolio holdings, transactions, cash positions, valuations, benchmarks, and investment activity for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform performance, attribution, risk, and exposure analysis to support portfolio reviews and investment decision-making.
  • Identify data discrepancies, reconciliation issues, and operational exceptions, and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams.
  • Support portfolio rebalancing, investment implementation, and ongoing monitoring of investment strategies.
  • Research securities, asset classes, market trends, and economic conditions to support investment analysis.
  • Partner with portfolio management, wealth advisory, trading, operations, compliance, accounting, and technology teams.
  • Support audits, regulatory reporting, internal controls, and adherence to established investment and operational procedures.
  • Recommend improvements to reporting, data quality, workflows, and use of investment technology.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in wealth management, investment management, portfolio analytics, investment operations, or a related financial services environment.
  • Experience working with Aladdin or a comparable investment management, portfolio accounting, risk, or reporting platform.
  • Strong understanding of investment concepts, financial markets, asset classes, and portfolio management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience with BlackRock Aladdin.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in wealth management, investment operations, portfolio analytics, or financial services.
  • CFA, CFP, or progress toward a relevant professional designation.
  • Knowledge of fixed income, equities, alternatives, ETFs, mutual funds, and other investment products.
  • Experience with investment performance, attribution, risk measurement, reconciliation, or financial reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or other data analytics tools.

Location and Work Arrangement
This position is based in Scottsdale; AZ. Work arrangement and schedule will be discussed during the interview process based on business needs and the requirements of the role.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and business needs. This position is also eligible for benefits and bonus compensation.
