As a Wealth Manager, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs, goals, and aspirations, and recommend suitable solutions to support their financial journey. Comprehensive training will be provided, including support in obtaining mandatory financial certifications before you begin providing financial advice.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs, goals, and aspirations.
Provide personalised financial guidance and recommend suitable financial products and solutions based on clients' needs.
Develop and expand your client portfolio through networking, referrals, relationship building, and other business development activities.
Keep up to date with financial products, market developments, and regulatory requirements to provide relevant and accurate advice.
Work closely with colleagues and utilise available company resources to enhance client experience and support business growth.
Complete mandatory financial certifications, such as CMFAS, within the required timeframe before commencing advisory work.
Requirements
Full-time Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Strong interest in financial planning, wealth management, and sales-oriented roles.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve personal and professional goals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously develop in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to completing the required financial certifications before commencing advisory work. Training and support will be provided.
