Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Wealth Manager to build, manage, and deepen relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients. You will provide personalised wealth management solutions based on each client’s financial goals, risk profile, and long-term priorities.
The ideal candidate possesses strong relationship-building skills, sound financial knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping clients grow, protect, and preserve their wealth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to understand clients’ financial objectives, risk appetite, family priorities, and long-term wealth goals.
- Develop and recommend tailored solutions for wealth accumulation, investment planning, asset protection, retirement, and legacy planning.
- Manage and review client portfolios regularly, providing timely recommendations based on portfolio performance, market developments, and changing client needs.
- Keep clients informed of relevant financial market trends, investment opportunities, and potential risks.
- Identify and acquire new affluent and high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship-building activities.
- Deepen existing client relationships by identifying additional financial needs and suitable wealth management opportunities.
- Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and client segments to support business development initiatives.
- Deliver a high standard of client service while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Ensure all client recommendations, documentation, and activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Achieve individual business and performance targets while maintaining strong client satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or local polytechnic diploma.
- Experience in wealth management, private banking, relationship management, financial services, or a client-facing sales role is preferred.
- Good understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
