Responsibilities:
Provide holistic wealth planning and financial advisory services to customers across a range of banking, investment, and insurance solutions.
Proactively engage customers through branch referrals, tele-appointments, and outreach activities to identify their financial needs and goals.
Recommend suitable financial solutions and strategies to help customers achieve their wealth accumulation, protection, and retirement objectives.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through professional and personalized service.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and industry guidelines in all customer interactions.
Uphold the Bank's service standards and values while delivering a positive customer experience.
Achieve individual and team performance targets, including sales and service KPIs.

Requirements:
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
Strong interest in banking, financial planning, and wealth management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
Confident in engaging with customers and delivering professional presentations.
