Key Information
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Work Location: Upper Jurong Road
- Salary: $3,400 - $4,200
What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging classroom and practical training on weapon handling, safety, and operations.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and classrooms before each training session.
- Lead and supervise hands-on weapon training exercises with the support of auxiliary trainers.
- Conduct After Action Reviews (AARs) to evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Reinforce key learning points at the end of each lesson to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Ensure all training is conducted in accordance with safety regulations and operational standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in supervisory, training, or operational roles.
- Candidates with military training experience (e.g. Supervising Officer, Conducting Officer, or similar appointments) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience in conducting live-firing exercises and range activities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage trainees effectively.
