WEARHOUSE OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular stock counts and reconciliation.

Maintain accurate records of inventory movements using a warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP system.

Supervise warehouse assistants and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Ensure timely loading and unloading of deliveries.

Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments regarding shipments and deliveries.

Prepare shipping documents, delivery orders, and inventory reports.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or operational issues.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organize storage areas for maximum efficiency.

Assist in improving warehouse processes and productivity.
