Web Analyst
Mission: To provide actionable insights, share knowledge and set standards based on reliable, high-quality data in a way that's understandable, unbiased and empowering to all.
Objective: Answer business questions through data and provide unbiased actionable insights by continuously reporting on Key Performance Indicators from web applications that drive Miele’s online revenue growth
Key responsibilities
- Being a consultant to the stakeholder on the project such as determining which data products are needed before and after rollouts and when, what are the success KPI's and determining the effect/success of the rollout
- Providing actionable Insights to the business to enable data driven decision making
- Ensuring a high quality, compliant data foundation on which data products can be created
- Data product management: Create and maintain processes, frameworks, templates, playbooks, etc.
- Ensuring the right success KPI's are measured uniformly across VG's
- Enabling Stakeholders to make data driven decision themselves through self service products (e.g. dashboards and custom reports) and trainings
