Web Application Backend Developer (m/f/x)
For our subsidiary BAUER Foundations Philippines, Inc. in Quezon City, we are searching for a new IT team member as Web Application Backend Developer (m/f/x) to shape efficient backend systems, optimize deployments, and deliver resilient, future-ready applications.

- Plan and implement of backend-application-logic / API-development
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules and applications
- Develop robust backend applications with emphasis on performance and security
- Work closely with team coordinators and other members of the development team to refine technical solutions with clear project deliverables, timelines and to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
Your profile:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required
- 5+ years professional experience as a Web Application Backend Developer
- Solid knowledge of SOLID principles and clean code practices
- Outstanding experience in modern backend technologies and service architecture
- Experience with REST API design, database design and programming, especially MySQL, PostgreSQL and MSSQ, and with GIT/code deployment strategies are a must
- Experience in setting up and deploying databases and web applications in Microsoft Azure Environment (Azure Webapps, Azure DevOps) is a plus
- Outstanding communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, and providing pragmatic solutions
- Ability to work independently, in Agile/Scrum environments, and collaboratively in a team
- Outstanding English fluency in writing and speaking
