WEB CONFIGURATION EXECUTIVE (1 Year Contract) X 3pax (IMMED)

Commerce Configuration & Operations Executive - $2800 to $3500, Opportunity to convert to Perm

Executing and maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant configurations across Singtel's digital platforms. He/She will ensure operational integrity by supporting the setup, validation, and deployment of offers, campaigns, product journeys, and platform configurations

- Configuration Management
Perform configuration updates across digital platforms such as Singtel.com, My Singtel App, GOMO, Hi! and eShop

buyflow systems
Set up and maintain product, pricing, display logic, and customer journey configurations based on business requirements
Ensure configuration accuracy, consistency and compliance with UX standards, brand guidelines, regulatory obligations,

and internal governance
- Operational execution & release support
- Incident & Problem Support
Assist in diagnosing and resolving configurations-related issues and incidents in collaboration with onshore WebOps, IT,

QA and Production Support teams
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Continuous Improvement & Governance

Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology, Digital Media, Information Systems, Business or a related field
- 1 year of experience in digital operations, configuration management, content management or e-commerce operations

preferred
- Experience with CMS or configuration platforms (e.g. Adobe Exeperience Manager, Content Management, or e-commerce

ops) preferred
- Basic SQL knowledge and Basic Programming Language knowledge (HTML, CSS)
- Occasional weekend morning or midnight shifts (have off in lieu)
