WEB CONTENT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

· Accurately post content on SolarWinds web properties:

- Copy content from the CMS or a Word document, load into MS Notepad and strip special characters

- Load stripped content into CMS

- Establish links and formatting (basic HTML required)

- Document page status in a spreadsheet

- Resize images using Photoshop

- Load images and other assets to the appropriate directory in the CMS

- Document the location of the image in a spreadsheet

Required / Preferred Education and Experience:

• Detail-oriented, with excellent organization skills and the ability to successfully prioritize, multi-task and manage several initiatives at one time
• Ability to quickly learn new software tools and technology
• Basic knowledge of HTML and experience using a content management system (CMS) required
• Proficiency using MS Word, Excel and notepad required
• Ability to resize images in Adobe Photoshop required
• One or more years of QA experience in a web development environment preferred
