Web Dev Lead

Key Responsibilities:

· Design web applications using and associated components

· Component development using .NET framework in C#

· Database modeling and data access layer development

· Task and manage a group of web developers

· Interact with QA/Test group to deliver high quality software

EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

The qualified candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:

· 2 years experience as a development lead on two or more projects

· Experience building enterprise-scale web applications in a team of 3 or more developers

· 4 years experience designing and implementing transactional MS SQL Server databases

· 5 years experience designing and developing web applications using and C# from the ground up

· 2 years experience with javascript; preferably with jQuery

· Demonstrated experience designing and implementing web applications with the MVC Design Pattern

· 2 years experience using XML based messaging technologies

· Ability to work under tight deadlines with measurable milestones

· Possess excellent communication skills and strong commitment to quality
