需求條件

AEM / Backend Focused

必備技能 (Must-have):
1.Adobe AEM Experience: Extensive experience with AEM Sites / AEM as a Cloud Service.
2.Backend Stack: Java 11+, OSGi / Apache Felix framework.
3.AEM Frameworks: Sling Models, JCR (Apache Jackrabbit Oak), AEM Core Components.
4.CMS Operations: AEM Workflows, Replication, and Dispatcher configuration basics.

加分技能 (Nice-to-have):
1.Experience with AEM performance tuning & Cloud Manager pipeline.
2.Integration experience with Adobe I/O (Adobe Developer Console).
3.Understanding of Headless CMS architecture and Content Services.

EDS / Frontend & Performance Focused

必備技能 (Must-have):
1.Core Web Tech: Expert-level HTML5, Modern CSS (Grid/Flexbox/Variables), and Vanilla JavaScript (ES6+, No-framework approach).
2.Web Performance: Deep understanding of Google Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) and Lighthouse performance optimization.
3.SEO Principles: Experience with technical SEO and semantic HTML layout.
4.Modern Dev Flow: Version control via Git (GitHub-based workflows).

加分技能 (Nice-to-have):
1.Hands-on experience with Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS) / Project Franklin / Helix.
2.Familiarity with Adobe Universal Editor configurations.
3.Understanding of CDN architectures (Cloudflare, Fastly, or Akamai) and Edge computing.
4.Component-driven development mindset (Familiarity with React/modern frameworks is welcome, but must be comfortable writing framework-less code).
