Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Web Developer: AI Driven to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be involved in building, maintaining, and optimizing websites and web applications. Experience with leading and working with front-end and back-end technologies, UAT and deployment processes. This is a great opportunity to work across the full development lifecycle and deepen your technical and leadership skills in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following coding standards and best practices.

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications and software solutions.

Design and integrate AI-powered features, automation workflows, and third-party APIs to enhance application functionality.

Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Designers, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Maintain existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and provide enhancements and bug fixes.

Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high code quality.

Identify technical risks and propose effective solutions and improvements.

Work effectively in cross-functional and agile teams to deliver projects on time.

Monitor, optimize, and improve application performance, security, and reliability.

Stay updated with emerging web and AI technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation and system specifications.

Lead and mentor junior developers, supporting their technical growth and development.

Manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting project deadlines.

Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies, tools, and AI solutions to improve productivity and business outcomes.

Job Requirement

Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in software or web application development.

Proficiency in database design and optimization using SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

Familiarity with AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude), or AI-assisted development tools is an advantage.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is an advantage.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment processes is a plus.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Self-motivated, eager to learn new technologies, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, cloud infrastructure, and modern development practices is an advantage.
