Our client is a prominent statutory authority responsible for the stability and integrity of Hong Kong's financial systems. They are currently executing a multi-year digitalisation programme to modernise their technical infrastructure.

About the team

You will join an expanding AI & Innovation division working alongside data scientists and AI specialists. The team focuses on collaborative, agile development to deploy web applications that support the future of Agentic AI.

About the job

• Full-Stack Dev: Develop and maintain secure, scalable web applications (front-end, back-end, and database).
• AI Integration: Implement Generative AI models and machine learning algorithms into core platforms.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Manage automated pipelines using GitLab CI/Jenkins and handle Kubernetes container management.
• Optimization: Diagnose system bottlenecks, resolve bugs, and maintain clear documentation.

Skills & experience required

• Experience: 4+ years in web development with a degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Tech Stack: Proficient in React/Angular (front-end) and Node.js/Python (back-end).

Nice to have

• AI Frameworks: Proven experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph (TensorFlow/PyTorch also acceptable).
• Cloud & Tools: Familiarity with AWS/Azure. Exposure to Vector DBs (Weaviate, Milvus) or monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus) is preferred.
