About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer & Automation Integration Developer with hands-on experience in WordPress, Shopify, n8n, APIs, Webhooks, JavaScript, and databases.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable developing and designing websites, building automation workflows, integrating third-party platforms, troubleshooting production integrations, and communicating

with clients to understand and deliver their requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development & Designing

· Develop, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress and Shopify.

· Create responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing website layouts.

· Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and WooCommerce functionality.

· Customize Shopify themes, sections, templates, and store functionality.

· Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend customization.

· Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, and usability.

· Troubleshoot website, theme, plugin, and integration-related issues.

n8n Automation & Workflow Development

· Design, build, test, and optimize automation workflows using n8n.

· Automate business processes across CRM, e-commerce, logistics, marketing, and other platforms.

· Develop custom workflow logic using JavaScript/TypeScript.

· Handle complex JSON data transformations, mappings, conditions, loops, and API payloads.

· Build reusable and scalable automation workflows.

· Implement proper error handling, retry mechanisms, logging, and workflow monitoring.

· Troubleshoot and maintain production automation workflows.

API & Third-Party Integrations

· Integrate third-party applications using REST APIs, Webhooks, and HTTP requests.

· Work with different API authentication mechanisms, including:

o OAuth 2.0

o API Keys

o Bearer Tokens

o Basic Authentication

· Read and understand third-party API documentation.

· Build and test API requests, responses, headers, parameters, and payloads.

· Develop integrations between websites, CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, logistics providers, and other business applications.

· Diagnose API failures, authentication issues, rate limits, webhook failures, and data synchronization problems.

Database & Backend Work

· Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.

· Write and troubleshoot database queries.

· Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and synchronization.

· Maintain data consistency between integrated systems.

· Work with JavaScript and Node.js for custom integration requirements.

Client Handling

· Communicate directly with clients to understand business and technical requirements.

· Convert client requirements into practical technical solutions.

· Explain integration workflows and technical limitations clearly.

· Provide project updates and coordinate requirement changes.

· Troubleshoot client-reported issues and provide timely resolutions.

· Maintain professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

· Hands-on experience with n8n.

· Experience with WordPress and Shopify development.

· Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks, HTTP requests, and JSON.

· Good knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js.

· Good understanding of HTML and CSS.

· Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.

· Experience handling API authentication, including OAuth 2.0, API Keys, and Bearer Tokens.

· Ability to understand and implement third-party API documentation.

· Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

· Experience troubleshooting production integrations and automation workflows.

· Good communication and client-handling skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who is not limited to website development but can understand an end-to-end business requirement and build the required website, API integration, database logic, and automation.

The candidate should be comfortable working on projects such as:

· Shopify/WooCommerce → CRM integrations

· Website → CRM lead automation

· Order and inventory synchronization

· Shipping/logistics API integrations

· Automated customer notifications

· CRM → third-party application integrations

· Webhook-based real-time data synchronization

· n8n-based business process automation

· Custom API and database workflows

Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

· Candidates with strong practical experience and relevant project portfolios are also encouraged to apply.
