Web Developer/Designer
- Oversee design and development projects from concept to completion
- Create engaging graphics, visuals, and promotional materials for marketing campaigns (e.g. social media, email marketing, print collateral, etc.)
- Collaborate with stakeholders and content creators to produce and integrate videos, infographics, and other multimedia content
- Work with the marketing team to align design efforts with marketing strategies and campaigns
- Design and maintain a visually appealing, user-friendly website on WordPress
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal performance on all devices
- Maintain brand consistency across all design materials and platforms
- Coordinate with external vendors as needed
- Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics
- Use analytics tools to inform design and content decisions
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize user experience and conversion rates
- 3+ years of experience in web design, graphic design, or digital marketing
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Proficiency in Figma and WordPress
- Familiarity with website builders, plugins, and integrations
- Flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Startup experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
