· Collaborate with stakeholders and executive management teams in quality control of the User Experience area
· Participate actively in defining future User Experience maturity level and UX Governance for Volvo Group
· Develop agile ways of working in business critical and strategic areas, interacting with senior management and multiple TD/BAs
· Provide training towards management teams
· Be a proven specialist within agile area
· Lead, mentor and share experience with agile coaches
