Web Developer for AI and Blockchain

Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱30,000 per month

Qualifications for a dev with an inclination towards AI and Blockchain:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Good foundation in programming, algorithms, data structures, databases, and APIs

• Working knowledge of at least one backend language, preferably:

  • Python — particularly valuable for AI/ML development

  • PHP/Laravel, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar

• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL

• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and web application development

• Basic experience with Git/GitHub/Bitbucket and version control

• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

• Exposure to AI concepts such as:

  • LLMs and generative AI

  • Machine learning fundamentals

  • OCR/document processing

  • Embeddings and vector search

  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

• Interest in blockchain technology, including basic understanding of:

  • Blockchain fundamentals

  • Hashing and digital signatures

  • Smart contracts

  • Wallets, transactions, and distributed ledgers

• Familiarity with Docker/Linux is an advantage

• Experience from thesis projects, capstone projects, internships, or personal projects involving AI, blockchain, or software development is highly valued

• Able to research unfamiliar technologies and build working prototypes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Willing to learn new frameworks, languages, and technologies as project requirements evolve
