Web Developer (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!)
Fresh Graduates Welcome | HTML | CSS | JavaScript | PHP | MySQL
Looking for a place to actually start building your skills as a web developer?
We’re looking for a Web Development Intern who wants hands-on experience learning how web applications are built.
This opportunity is open to both students completing their internship and fresh graduates looking for their first development experience.
You don’t need to know the entire tech stack yet. You’ll go through a structured training program covering:
HTML • CSS • JavaScript • MySQL • PHP • CodeIgniter • Laravel
You’ll learn through training videos, coding exercises and hands-on practice before applying what you’ve learned to a small web project under supervision.
What you’ll do
Complete structured web development training and coding exercises
Build practice pages and sample features in a sandbox environment
Learn and follow coding standards and development guidelines
Document your progress and learnings
Communicate questions or blockers clearly
Build a small web project at the end of the program
Your final project may include an external landing page, middleware page or simple non-production internal tool.
Who we’re looking for
You may be a good fit if you are:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
A fresh graduate looking to start a career in web development
Familiar with basic computer and web concepts
Interested in learning front-end and back-end development
Comfortable following structured training and instructions
Open to feedback and willing to keep improving
No professional web development experience is required.
What matters more is your willingness to learn, discipline in completing the training and ability to work through problems.
What we want you to achieve
By the end of the internship, you should be able to:
Complete the assigned development training
Demonstrate understanding of the core technologies
Build a working small web application or page
Present your project and explain its logic and flow
You’ll be learning inside the technology team of a growing company working toward a bigger mission: helping make homeownership possible for more Filipinos.
If you’re looking for your first real step into web development, we’d like to hear from you.
