Web Developer – Full Stack

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive websites, landing pages, microsites, and web applications.
• Handle both front-end and back-end development requirements.
• Develop and customize WordPress and CMS-based websites.
• Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional web pages.
• Manage APIs, databases, forms, and third-party integrations.
• Ensure website speed, responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and performance.
• Implement SEO-friendly development practices.
• Manage website deployment, hosting, domains, SSL, and basic server requirements.
• Troubleshoot bugs, technical issues, and website performance problems.
• Maintain and update existing websites, plugins, themes, and applications.
• Coordinate with designers, digital marketing, and account management teams for timely project delivery.
• Manage multiple web projects while maintaining quality and timelines.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress development and customization.
• Working knowledge of MySQL/databases and REST APIs.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first web development.
• Knowledge of Git/version control.
• Understanding of website hosting, DNS, SSL, and deployment.
• Knowledge of website speed optimization and Core Web Vitals.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Web / Full Stack Development.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage projects and deadlines.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Experience in an advertising or digital agency will be preferred.
