Web Developer

Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000 per month

About the role

Graman's Group is seeking a skilled Web Developer specializing in Next.js to join our IT Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining modern web applications using Next.js framework and related technologies. This is a probationary position with opportunities for regularization based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript frameworks

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality web solutions

• Implement and optimize front-end architecture, ensuring application performance, scalability, and security

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across different browsers and devices

• Participate in code reviews, testing procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes

• Handle the full lifecycle: Git workflows, deployments (Vercel), environment setup

• Build automation workflows (n8n) connecting APIs, LLMs, and internal tools

About you

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in web development with at least 1 year working with Next.js framework

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles

• Experience with RESTful APIs, Git version control, and modern development tools

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience building and improving web apps using Next.js (React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Supabase/Postgres)

• Experience using AI tools to support development workflow, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI tools
