About the Role

Primly Premium Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled professional to manage web development, cloud infrastructure, IT systems, technical support, and technology projects across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites using Laravel, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Manage websites, domains, hosting, DNS, cPanel/WHM and AWS servers.
• Monitor website performance, uptime and technical SEO.
• Lead web and app projects from planning through launch.
• Provide remote and on-site IT support across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts, IT infrastructure, email and cloud applications.
• Maintain 3CX VoIP and support CCTV systems.
• Maintain IT asset, licence and system configuration records.

Requirements

• Demonstrable web development experience, particularly with Laravel, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud server management.
• Experience with cPanel, WHM, DNS and domain administration.
• Practical systems administration and IT infrastructure support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of SEO and website performance optimisation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills.

Experience with 3CX VoIP and CCTV systems is an added advantage.
