Web Developer Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of web developers, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals effectively
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of web
  applications using React.js, ensuring adherence to best practices,
  coding standards, and project timelines
• Build and deploy web applications from scratch
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other
  stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and
  technical specifications
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of technical
  specifications, code changes, and architectural decisions
• Prepare growth plan for the team and help them achieve it
• Provide regular feedback for the team

Preferred candidate profile

• 7-10years of hands-on experience in web development, with a significant focus on React.js
• Strong fundamental knowledge of the React library and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of Frontend technologies, CDNs, Load
  Balancing, Caching, Nginx, browser APIs, HTML, CSS
• Solid understanding of responsive web design principles, cross- browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and web
  security best practices
• Contributed to React Native develop men scratch d deployment of web
  applications using React.js, ensuring adherence to best practices,
  coding standards, and project timelines
• Willingness to work in a startup like environment.

Following aspects would be a plus:

• Prior experience in FinTech
• Experience with server-side technologies like Node.js or backend
  frameworks like Express, Django or Rails
• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, MobX, and
  popular UI component libraries
• Experience with Full Stack development
• Contributed to open-source projects
• Contributed to React Native development
