Web Developer (m/f/d)

Your Mission

• Lead the architecture design, development, and performance optimization of our company’s core web products, ensuring high-quality delivery.

• Design technical solutions for complex functional modules, including data visualization dashboards, editors, and real-time communication features.

• Tackle key challenges such as cross-browser compatibility, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities to optimize user experience.

• Drive front-end engineering initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines, component libraries, and micro-frontend infrastructure.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams—participating in requirements reviews and providing technical feasibility assessments.

Your Profile

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of web development experience.

• Fluent in English; understanding of Chinese is a strong plus.

• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and proficiency with ES6+ features and design patterns.

• Skilled in front-end build and release tools; hands-on experience with Vite or Webpack.

• Proficient in at least one modern front-end framework (Vue or React), with a solid grasp of its core principles and hands-on project experience.

• Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS and other network protocols; familiarity with backend technology stacks, Node.js, and front-end/back-end separation principles.

• Expertise in front-end performance optimization strategies and experience using performance analysis tools.

• Preferred: background in componentization, engineering, or deep technical research.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, passion for new Internet technologies, and eagerness to explore industry trends.

• Proactive, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding user experiences.

Bonus Points:

• Practical experience with 3D development.

• Hands-on experience in front-end security measures (XSS, CSRF, CSP).

• Active contributors to GitHub, technical blogs, or open-source projects.
