Build fast, accessible, beautifully-crafted websites for ambitious Irish brands, working alongside designers, strategists and marketers under one roof.

We're looking for a Web Developer who cares about the craft, clean, performant, accessible front-ends, and is comfortable owning a build from design hand-off to launch. You'll work closely with our designers and digital team to turn ideas into sites that look great and perform commercially.

  • Develop and maintain sites on modern stacks (we work with Astro, WordPress, and headless setups).
  • Own performance, Core Web Vitals, image optimisation, and clean, maintainable code.
  • Integrate analytics, tracking, and SEO best practice from the ground up.
  • Collaborate with designers, account managers and the SEO team across the full project lifecycle.

What you'll bring

  • 2+ years building production websites.
  • Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript fundamentals.
  • Experience with at least one modern framework or CMS (Astro, React, WordPress, or similar).
  • A portfolio of live sites you've built or contributed to.
  • Care about accessibility, performance, and writing code others can pick up.

Nice to have

  • Experience with headless CMS and the Jamstack.
  • Comfort with Git-based workflows and CI/CD.
  • An eye for motion and interaction detail.
