Web Developer, SEO & Digital Content Specialist

About the role
You will manage and maintain approximately six existing websites, each representing different areas of the business. The websites are currently monitored and supported by platforms such as GoDaddy and Rocket, so this role will focus primarily on day-to-day website management, improvements, SEO and content, rather than hosting or server administration.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain, update and modernise existing websites
- Improve website design, content, functionality, mobile presentation and user experience where required
- Manage on-page SEO, keyword research and website optimisation
- Research and write regular, high-quality blog and website content relating to private aviation, jet charter, secure transportation, security and executive travel
- Develop content designed to improve visibility on Google and emerging AI-powered search platforms, with the aim of generating relevant, high-quality enquiries
- Manage and regularly update the company's LinkedIn presence
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve organic traffic and enquiries
- Present proposed new content, blog posts, significant website updates and LinkedIn posts to the manager for approval before publication
- Work with GoDaddy, Rocket and other external providers when specialist technical support is required
- Provide basic office IT and digital assistance, including image formatting, file preparation and minor computer/software issues
About you
- A few years' experience in the field
- Strong written English
- Understanding of modern search and digital marketing
- Proactive, organised and able to work independently
- Experience with WordPress, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEO tools, HTML/CSS and image-editing software would be advantageous
- Experience in aviation, luxury travel, security or another international service industry is beneficial but not essential
