About the role
We are looking for a creative and proactive web developer who can help us build, improve, and maintain high-quality digital experiences across our websites, platforms, and internal tools. This role is not only about writing code. This job is full-time and based in our headquarters in Taupo, New Zealand. We are looking for someone who can understand a problem, think ahead, propose smart solutions, and turn ideas into clean, functional, and visually polished results. The person will work on projects involving WordPress, WooCommerce, Laravel, custom front-end integration, database-driven features, and internal web tools.
Key responsibilities
Building and improving WordPress websites
Working with WooCommerce stores and custom e-commerce features
Creating and maintaining Laravel-based tools or dashboards
Improving UI/UX across existing platforms
Integrating front-end designs into clean, responsive web pages
Connecting websites with databases, APIs, forms, and internal systems
Improving performance, structure, usability, and user flows
Finding better technical solutions instead of just applying basic fixes
Helping turn rough ideas into clear, usable digital products
