Web Developer (Umbraco CMS)
Summary
Builds and maintains Umbraco CMS websites and integrations for agency clients at a Gold Coast digital agency, from planning and estimating through launch and support. Core stack: C#/.NET, Umbraco, HTML/CSS/JS, Tailwind CSS, Next.js, SQL, Git and Azure, with AI coding tools used daily. Full-time, in-office only.
About the role
We are hiring a developer to join our delivery team. You will build and maintain CMS projects for our clients, working with designers, project managers and other developers from planning through to launch and support.
This is an in-office full-time role. We do not offer hybrid or work at home arrangements.
We will not respond to recruiters, and we do not need assistance in hiring for this role.
Key responsibilities
Build Umbraco websites and integrations from specifications and designs
Help plan and estimate work with the project team
Upgrade and maintain existing client sites
Review code and follow our development standards
Use AI tools as part of planning, building, testing and reviewing work
About you
2 to 3 years of commercial development experience
Solid C# and .NET skills
Experience with a CMS, ideally Umbraco
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Experience building front ends with Tailwind CSS and Next.js
Comfortable with SQL, Git and Azure
Confident using AI coding tools (such as Claude Code, Copilot or Cursor) in your daily work, and able to explain how you check the output
Clear written and verbal communication
