Web Developer: WordPress & Elementor Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled WordPress & Elementor Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize professional, responsive, and high-performing websites.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with WordPress, Elementor Pro, website customization, landing page development, performance optimization, and basic SEO implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor and Elementor Pro.
• Create visually appealing, responsive, and conversion-focused landing pages.
• Customize WordPress themes, templates, plugins, headers, footers, and website layouts.
• Optimize website speed, performance, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices.
• Integrate contact forms, WhatsApp, CRM, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Troubleshoot website errors, plugin conflicts, and layout issues.
• Manage website backups, updates, security, hosting, and domain configurations.
• Collaborate with digital marketing and content teams to improve website conversions.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and seamless user experience.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress, Elementor, and Elementor Pro.
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and basic PHP.
• Experience with responsive web design and UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with WordPress themes, plugins, and WooCommerce.
• Knowledge of website speed optimization, caching, and image optimization.
• Understanding of SEO-friendly website architecture.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, forms, and marketing tools.
• Ability to independently develop and manage websites.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Figma or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with lead-generation websites and high-converting landing pages.
• Familiarity with hosting platforms, cPanel, DNS, and SSL.
• Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of practical WordPress development experience.
• Strong portfolio of WordPress and Elementor websites.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple website projects independently.
• Willingness to work from our Vijayawada office.
