Web Development Manager (Full-Stack)
The role will oversee the development, maintenance, security, and technical performance of client websites. The ideal candidate has strong WordPress and full-stack development experience, working knowledge of Shopify, and the ability to guide a small team while remaining actively involved in development and troubleshooting.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Lead the development, deployment, maintenance, and improvement of client websites.
Develop and customize WordPress websites, themes, plugins, and third-party integrations.
Support Shopify websites through theme updates, app integrations, tracking implementation, and troubleshooting.
Manage website hosting, migrations, domains, DNS, SSL, staging environments, backups, and deployments.
Monitor website security, performance, vulnerabilities, suspicious activity, and other technical risks.
Review code and ensure websites meet quality, security, accessibility, and performance standards before deployment.
Troubleshoot complex website issues and act as the team’s primary technical escalation point.
Manage, mentor, and provide technical guidance to the web development team.
Assign and monitor workloads to ensure projects are delivered according to scope and timeline.
Assess technical requirements and provide estimates, recommendations, and feasibility checks for potential and existing projects.
Work closely with Account Management, Design, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Business Development teams.
Clearly explain technical issues, risks, timelines, and recommended solutions to both technical and non-technical team members and clients.
Provide timely and accurate project updates, proactively flag potential delays or blockers, and clearly outline the required next steps.
Maintain proper documentation for websites, hosting environments, integrations, and deployment procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
At least 6 years of professional web development experience, including hands-on full-stack development.
Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring developers.
Strong experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites.
Working knowledge of Shopify and ecommerce website maintenance.
Experience managing multiple websites or development projects simultaneously.
Agency or multi-client experience is preferred.
Strong portfolio of completed website projects.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
SKILLS:
Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, APIs, security, and performance optimization.
Working knowledge of Shopify Liquid, theme customization, and app integrations.
Experience with APIs, forms, CRM systems, payment gateways, analytics, and other third-party integrations.
Familiarity with Git and version-control workflows.
Experience with hosting environments, DNS, SSL, CDN, website migrations, backups, and restoration.
Understanding of responsive development, browser compatibility, accessibility, technical SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD processes is an advantage.

Exam Submission:

Initial Interview:
Once you pass the exam, we will schedule you for an initial interview within 2-3 working days after exam submission.
Departmental Interview (Second Interview):
If you pass the initial interview, a second interview will be scheduled 1 week after your initial interview. Please take note that it may take up to 2 weeks depending on the availability of the interviewer.
Final Interview:
The last step is the final interview with the CEO | Managing Director, which may take one week or more, depending on their availability.
