Web & Graphic Designer

Salary: RM 3,800 – RM 5,700 per month

We are looking for a creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented Web & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic, multi-cultural team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing eye-catching digital and print assets that align with brand standards and marketing objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions on tight schedules, while continuously looking for opportunities to elevate our user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).

Key Responsibilities

Creative Execution & Brand Compliance

• Translate design briefs from internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Product) into engaging, high-converting visual concepts.

• Seamlessly integrate copy lines and messaging into visually compelling graphics.

• Produce designs strictly following established brand guidelines, layout frameworks, and structural templates to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Asset Delivery & Deployment

• Design creatives primarily for digital platforms (company websites, web portals, social media channels) and occasionally for offline print media.

• Manage high-frequency design requests, meeting planned campaign timelines while efficiently handling sudden or fast-turnaround requests.

• Oversee the scheduling, uploading, and replacement of visual assets on our web platforms.

UI/UX Enhancement & Innovation

• Stay up-to-date with current market trends, technology, design methods, and UI/UX best practices.

• Proactively suggest UI/UX improvements to enhance user engagement and platform usability.

• Articulate and defend design choices using clear rationale, user behavior considerations, and visual aesthetics.

• Contribute to special business enhancement and design innovation projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience & Education

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in web design, graphic design, or a closely related role.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

Technical & Design Skills

• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma.

• Web Knowledge: Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.

• Visual Sense: Strong aesthetic sense, keen attention to detail, and a solid understanding of demographic-driven design behaviors.

Soft Skills & Communication

• Language: Proficiency in English (spoken and written) to thrive in a multi-cultural environment.

• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage continuous pipelines and shifting priorities.

• Communication: Ability to clearly explain the strategic and aesthetic choices behind your designs to stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves / Bonus Qualifications

• Basic front-end development experience or technical web knowledge.

• Hands-on experience in motion graphics, 2D animation, or video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: MYR 3,800 to MYR 6,500 per month (commensurate with experience) + Performance Incentives

• Work Schedule: 5-day work week with fixed weekend rest days
