Job Description
As a Web & Graphic Designer, you’ll create and launch opt-in pages, landing pages, and newsletter websites that are not only beautiful but optimized for conversions.
You’ll work directly inside ClickFunnels, Leadpages to design, build, and implement visuals that drive results.

Key Responsibilities
Design and build web pages, funnels, and opt-ins in platforms like ClickFunnels, Leadpages, or similar tools
Set up and format newsletter websites
Create high-quality banners, headers, and graphics for web and email campaigns
Ensure all pages are responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for performance
Maintain brand consistency across all visuals
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals
Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data

Requirements
4+ years of experience in web design (not just static graphics or branding)
Proven track record in creating landing pages, funnels, and conversion-oriented websites
Proficiency in ClickFunnels, Leadpages, Webflow, or similar builders
Solid understanding of layout, spacing, UX hierarchy, and conversion design
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS — a plus, not a must
Fast, organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects
English level C1+ and strong communication skills

Nice to Have
Experience with A/B testing or performance-based design iteration
Understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, or affiliate campaigns
