Web Programmer / Application Developer

Bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan seluruh infrastruktur dan layanan Teknologi Informasi (TI) di ITSB berjalan secara optimal, aman, dan andal. Posisi ini mengelola pemeliharaan hardware, software, jaringan, serta berbagai sistem informasi kampus untuk mendukung operasional akademik dan administrasi. IT Specialist juga berperan dalam memberikan dukungan teknis kepada pengguna, menjaga keamanan sistem, serta mendukung implementasi pengembangan teknologi di lingkungan ITSB.

  • Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, pemeliharaan, dan troubleshooting perangkat IT hardware (PC, laptop, printer, server, dan perangkat pendukung lainnya).
  • Melakukan maintenance dan memastikan operasional seluruh sistem informasi ITSB, termasuk Cybercampus, SAP Fiori, Learning Management System (LMS), serta aplikasi pendukung lainnya.
  • Melakukan instalasi, update, monitoring, dan pemeliharaan software untuk memastikan kinerja sistem tetap optimal.
  • Mengelola dan memelihara infrastruktur jaringan (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet) agar tetap stabil dan aman.
  • Memberikan technical support kepada dosen, tenaga kependidikan, dan mahasiswa terkait permasalahan perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, maupun jaringan.
  • Melakukan monitoring terhadap performa server, storage, database, dan infrastruktur TI.

Requirements

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, Teknik Komputer, atau bidang terkait.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai IT Support, IT Infrastructure, System Administrator, Network Engineer, IT Specialist, atau posisi relevan lainnya.
  • Memiliki kemampuan web programming dan application development, termasuk:

1. PHP Native & Laravel – terutama untuk pengembangan dan maintenance aplikasi berbasis web/ERP.

2. Python & Odoo Development – terutama untuk development, customization, dan integration ERP/Odoo.

3. Express.js / Node.js – terutama untuk API development dan payment system integration.

  • Lebih disukai apabila memiliki kemampuan network management
  • Memiliki kemampuan problem solving, analytical thinking, dan komunikasi yang baik serta mampu berkoordinasi dengan user maupun vendor.
