As a Web QA Specialist, you'll be responsible for manually testing newsletters, blog posts, and website pages before and after they go live, making sure every link, image, CTA, and layout works exactly as intended. You will work closely with the Broadcast Manager and Marketing Coordinator to keep our entire newsletter and website network error-free.

As a Web QA Specialist, you'll be responsible for manually testing newsletters, blog posts, and website pages before and after they go live, making sure every link, image, CTA, and layout works exactly as intended. You will work closely with the Broadcast Manager and Marketing Coordinator to keep our entire newsletter and website network error-free.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test newsletters, blog posts, and website pages before and after publishing to catch formatting, layout, and rendering issues
- Verify that links, images, and CTAs work correctly and lead to the intended pages
- Check posts and pages across multiple newsletters and websites for duplication or overlapping content
- Maintain a structured QA checklist to track recurring issues
- Flag issues and confirm fixes with the Broadcast Manager and Marketing Coordinator
- Conduct random post-send checks to confirm newsletters render properly in inboxes and pages display correctly on live sites
- Suggest process improvements to prevent recurring issues such as missing links, layout inconsistencies, or duplicate content
- Extremely detail-oriented, with an eye for catching errors others miss
- Comfortable manually testing content across multiple websites and newsletters
- Basic understanding of links, landing pages, and formatting
- Organized and consistent in following QA checklists
- Communicates clearly and follows up on fixes promptly
- Confident using Google Sheets, browsers, and email clients
- English level: C1 or higher
- Experience in content QA, manual testing, marketing operations, or publishing workflows
- Familiarity with email platforms (Beehiiv, Mailchimp, etc.) or CMS tools
- Interest in digital marketing or web/content operations
