What You'll Do
Design interfaces for Web3 products, from research and wireframes to final mockups and prototypes
Balance great user experience with security and regulatory compliance requirements
Build and evolve design systems for our clients' products
Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and QA
Prepare clear mockups and specs for development, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility (WCAG)

What We're Looking For
Commercial experience in web UI/UX design
Strong proficiency in Figma
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, typography, composition, and grids
Experience with design systems and responsive design
Experience with UX research, user flows, CJMs, and wireframes
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end constraints
A strong portfolio with case studies that show your process and results
Ability to work in the fast-changing environment and tight deadlines of startups

Nice to Have
Experience in Fintech, Web3/crypto, or B2B/SaaS
Experience designing dashboards and data visualizations
Motion design skills
Experience using AI tools in your design workflow
