What you'll do
- Architect and own the backend for core products — DEX aggregator, on-chain data services, wallet management — with a hard focus on throughput, latency, and uptime under load
- Build and maintain the on-chain data layer: block ingestion, event parsing, structured storage, and real-time alerting across Solana, EVM, and other target chains
- Design high-performance APIs (RESTful, gRPC, WebSocket) and own the interaction contract between on-chain execution and off-chain services — transaction signing, state tracking, event routing
- Build the off-chain integration layer for smart contract calls across EVM and Solana, including multi-chain event aggregation and transaction routing
- Drive infrastructure decisions: microservices architecture, containerised deployment via Docker and Kubernetes, database and cache layer (SQL, NoSQL, Redis), and async processing via Kafka
What you'll bring
- Has designed and shipped production-grade distributed backend systems — owns the full picture from API to database to deployment, not just one layer
- Has built on-chain integrations in production: block parsing, contract interaction, event listening across EVM or Solana, with real debugging experience when things break at the protocol level
- Has run Golang services at scale — concurrent workloads, Goroutine/Channel patterns, production incidents resolved, not just toy projects
- Understands consensus mechanics and P2P network fundamentals well enough to reason about what chains do and don't guarantee, and to design systems that handle edge cases accordingly
Bonus
- Has worked across more than two chains (e.g. EVM, Solana, Sui) and navigated their differences in transaction models and data structures
- Has operated Kubernetes clusters in a production environment, including CI/CD pipeline ownership
- Hands-on experience with DEX protocols, on-chain routing logic, or wallet custody systems
