Web3 Content Creator and Social Media Manager
You will create clear, engaging content that explains complex Web3 and scientific topics to diverse audiences. You will write social posts, blogs, and briefs; produce short-form video and visual assets; manage community channels; run campaigns to drive discussion; and measure performance to optimize reach and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality content for social media, blogs, videos, infographics, and Web3-native assets
- Manage and grow client presences on X (Twitter), Discord, Telegram, and other Web3 channels
- Develop and execute content and campaign strategies to build decentralized communities
- Moderate and engage community members to foster discussion and retention
- Track, analyze, and report content performance using analytics tools
- Monitor Web3 and biotech trends to inform content and positioning
Requirements
- Proven experience creating content for social media and Web3 communities
- Solid understanding of DAOs, blockchain trends, and decentralized platforms
- Ability to simplify complex scientific topics into accessible narratives
- Experience growing and managing communities on Discord, Telegram, and X
- Familiarity with content scheduling, analytics, and community management tools
- Strong collaboration and creative problem-solving skills
