Web3 Engineer at BairesDev

As a Web3 Engineer, you will architect and build decentralized solutions that power the next generation of the internet. You will focus on creating secure, high-performance on-chain systems, ensuring seamless integration between complex blockchain protocols and user-facing applications.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain secure and efficient smart contracts.
- Build and deploy decentralized applications (DApps) and RPC services.
- Implement and manage tokenization strategies and industry-standard ERC protocols.
- Integrate blockchain networks with external systems and frontend interfaces using Web3 libraries.
- Optimize on-chain architectures for maximum security, throughput, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectural patterns and security standards for decentralized infrastructure.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on blockchain technology.
- Proven expertise in developing smart contracts using Solidity or Rust.
- Experience with Ethereum or Cosmos SDK for building decentralized applications and RPC services.
- Hands-on knowledge of ERC standards and tokenization for on-chain systems.
- Proficiency in using Web3 libraries to interact with blockchain networks.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
