Web3 Front-End Engineer

Summary

Build Web3 front-ends with React, Next.js, and TypeScript; integrate wallets and smart contracts for DeFi, trading, and wallet products.

We are looking for a Web3 Front-End Engineer to build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for decentralized applications. You will work at the intersection of modern web development and blockchain technology, creating seamless experiences for DeFi, trading, and wallet products. This is a role for someone who understands both pixel-perfect UI and the intricacies of wallet integration.

What You'll Do
Build responsive, modern UIs using React, Next.js, and TypeScript for Web3 applications
Integrate Web3 wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.) and implement transaction signing flows
Connect frontend applications with smart contracts using libraries like Ethers.js, Viem, or Wagmi
Work with real-time data—indexers, subgraphs, WebSocket services—for DeFi dashboards and trading interfaces
Collaborate with product, design, and blockchain teams to deliver exceptional user experiences from concept to deployment
Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and scalability
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in architectural decisions

What We're Looking For
Must-Have:
3+ years of professional frontend development experience
Strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Hands-on experience with Web3 libraries—Ethers.js, Viem, Wagmi, or Web3.js
Understanding of Web3 concepts—wallets, signing transactions, smart contract interaction, EVM-compatible chains
Experience consuming REST APIs and WebSocket services for real-time data
Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar) and modern frontend architecture
Proficient English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate B2 or higher)
Nice-to-Have:
Experience building DeFi applications—lending, trading, staking, DEX interfaces
Familiarity with specific protocols—Uniswap, PancakeSwap, or similar
Product-oriented mindset—you're a crypto user yourself and bring firsthand product intuition
Experience with data-heavy UIs—subgraphs, real-time charting, trading dashboards
Understanding of Solidity or blockchain infrastructure
Figma collaboration—turning designs into pixel-perfect components
AI-assisted development—experience with Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools

What We Offer
Competitive salary (discussed privately) + performance bonuses
Fully remote—work from anywhere within Ukraine or EU timezone
Flexible working hours—focus on results, not clock-watching
Equipment provided—company MacBook Pro or equivalent
Learning & Development Budget—$2,000/year for courses, conferences, certifications
Home office stipend—$1,000 one-time workstation setup allowance
Annual paid leave—20 days + local public holidays
Cutting-edge projects—build the future of finance and Web3
No bureaucracy—real ownership, real impact, real shipping
