Web3 Infrastructure Engineer
You will design and build full-stack applications and SDKs for blockchain middleware and infrastructure, integrating AI agents, LLM workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent collaboration, on-chain data processing, cross-chain protocols, smart contracts, and blockchain tooling. You will develop scalable backend services, user-friendly React interfaces, smart contract integrations, engineering standards, AI-assisted delivery practices, and technical improvements across AI and blockchain products.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack applications and SDKs for blockchain middleware and infrastructure
- Integrate AI agent capabilities into on-chain data processing, cross-chain protocols, and smart contract interactions
- Build integration layers between AI agents and blockchain tooling
- Develop highly available and scalable backend services using Python, Node.js, or equivalent frameworks
- Deliver user-friendly interfaces with modern frontend frameworks such as React
- Develop smart contracts and integrate them with major blockchain networks
- Define engineering standards and reusable architecture patterns
- Apply specification engineering and AI-assisted delivery practices
- Produce technical insights and drive continuous product improvement
Requirements
- Fluency in at least one frontend framework and one backend language such as Python or Node.js
- Experience designing RESTful or GraphQL APIs and tuning performance
- Experience writing unit, integration, or end-to-end tests
- Deep understanding of LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, and inference cost and latency trade-offs
- Experience taking AI features from prototype to production with observability, fault tolerance, and evaluation pipelines
- Experience deploying and debugging smart contracts on mainnet or testnet
- Understanding of on-chain data structures and common smart contract security vulnerabilities
- Experience independently shipping complete AI-driven applications or SDKs
- Experience contributing to engineering standards, technical documentation, or AI-assisted development guidelines
