Key Responsibilities

· Design visually appealing, user-friendly, responsive website pages in the form of microsites and specific landing pages, with attention to search optimization;

· Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to deliver web design projects that translate business goals into effective website layouts;

· Handle maintenance of the website by supporting updates, page redesigns, functionality of landing pages, and undertake improvements based on feedback and analytics;

· Draft, edit, and coordinate corporate communications materials (e.g., internal announcements, external-facing web copy, press or partner-facing content) in collaboration with relevant teams;

· Act as a point of contact for stakeholder communication related to web projects, ensuring timely, professional correspondence with internal and external parties; and

· Stay up to date with web design trends, UX best practices, and emerging digital tools.

Requirements

. Degree or Diploma in Web Design;

· Preferably 2-4 years of experience as a Website Designer, Developer, UI Designer, Digital Designer, or similar role with proficiency in web designing tools;

· Skilled in handling corporate communications, content writing, or stakeholder correspondence (internal comms, Public Relations support or similar);

· Strong portfolio showcasing website design, landing pages, responsive layouts, and digital design work;

· Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback professionally;

· Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative working style.

· Experience in designing websites for professional services, events, e-commerce, education or corporate brands. Please provide us with links to such live websites to demonstrate your portfolio of work;

· Prior experience in a corporate communications adjacent function;

· Experience with basic image editing, motion graphics, email design, or social media creative assets; and

· Familiarity with analytics tools and using performance insights to improve website design and communications effectiveness.
